Which ID is necessary?
Most programs require a registration code to be activated. The software manufacturer will send you this
code via email following your purchase. Once you enter the code you will possess a fully functional
version of the software. Registration codes are issued for use with a specific device. For this reason
your Device ID or Owner Name may be required when you make a software purchase.
Often a program's demo version will display the Device ID or Owner Name
in the registration screen. If your device ID or owner name is not displayed
it can be ascertained as follows:

Often the developer requires your Pocket PC Owner Name in order
to issue a registration code:
You can find your Pocket PC Owner Name as follows:
Start --> Settings --> Private --> Owner Information
If an owner name has not yet been assigned please enter one of your choosing.
It should consist of at least 5 characters and should not be changed later.
If you change your owner name the programs registered under that name will no longer be registered.
When you transfer to a new device the same user name must also be used again.
It is important to enter each ID exactly as it appears on your device.
Observe case sensitivity and exact spacing.
